The Managing Authority of the Programme Italy-Croatia 2014-2020 is searching for the experts for implementing the specific activities relevant to the Joint Secretariat tasks necessary for the Programme implementation.


The following profiles to be recruited within the JS are as follows:

Required positions are junior experts (assistant) for the JS tasks (at least 3 year experience)

The Committee in charge for the administrative check of the submitted tender documents has been established by the Decree n. 150 on 20th July 2021 as the communication call for tender has expired on 19.07. The Committee will verify the correctness and validity of the tenderers’ submitted documents.

A Call for Tender for communication activities implementation has been launched on 15th June 2021 in accordance to the Regulation (EU) n. 1303/2013.

The service covers the following 7 macro-areas: 

  • Communication planning and scheduling;
  • Events (1 two-day-event, 1 medium event, 3 small events);
  • Visibility of the Programme (1 Video on Programme and its results, 2 Video-reportages 1 photo service, 3 video interview for the Programme promotion, 2 animated infographics);  
  • Digital communication, social media management, space purchase for communication campaigns (4 thematic campaigns on social media and web-sites, online tvs, radios and newspapers, space purchase for 15 portals/channels, 1 graphic-communicative production for the editorial plan per month);
  • Communication support services on a continuous basis and 3 short trainings; 
  • A book with the presentation of the funded projects and the Programme results (100 pages, 3 languages);
  • Monitoring of communication activities (a monitoring system definition, indicator collection, six-montly monitoring report, overall monitoring report).

Italy-Croatia CBC Programme 2014-2020 is looking for the new Head of Joint Secretariat.

According with the Regional resolution No. 1315/2020, the Italy-Croatia CBC Programme is launching a new comparative procedure for the assignment of self-employment contract for the role of Head of Joint Secretariat for 2014-2020 Interreg V-A Italy-Croatia CBC Programme, in accordance with art. 7, paragraph 6 of Italian Legislative Decree n. 165/2001.
By the means of the Directorate for Joint Programming Decree No. 110 dated 11th November 2020, the Vacancy Notice is approved in accordance with the eligibility and evaluation criteria agreed between the Programme National Authorities.

By the means of the Decree Nr. 230 dated 05th November 2020 is established to proceed, according to the provisions of the Regional Council resolution n. 1335 of 16 September 2020, to the replacement of the person in charge and responsible for the administrative procedure in the Programme quality evaluation tender.
The former Director of the Organizational Unit of the MA Italy-Croatia, Mrs. Silvia Majer, is replaced with the Director of the Unitary Planning Department, Mr. Pietro Cecchinato​​​​​​​.

In accordance to the Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 art. 54, 56 and 114), on 21st August 2020 the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Italy-Croatia launched a call for tender for evaluating the quality of the Programme and its impact.

The service concerns the following main elements:

  • n. 1 Integrated Evaluation Design,
  • n. 3 Operational Evaluation Reports,
  • n. 2 Impact Evaluation Reports,
  • at least one Additional Evaluation, one Socio-Economic and Territorial Analysis for the preparation to 2021-2027 Programming period,
  • support to the Programme Bodies 
  • data collection and participation to the necessary meetings.

The overall offered service must be performed by the means of the setting up of an interdisciplinary working-group able to prove its skills, experience, expertise and independence from the Programme managing structures and National Authorities.

In addition, the entire above mentioned service shall be delivered in English language as it represents the Programme official language.

The Selection Committee,  appointed by MA Decree No. 16 of 14th January 2020, has held the interviews with the candidates on 5th - 7th and 12th May.

Italy Croatia CBC Programme is looking for the Head of Joint Secretariat.

Deadline for the submission of applications is15th February 2016, at 12.00 (Italian time).

The date of the proficiency testing for JS head selection of IT-HR CBC Programme is set on March, 3rd as follows:

  • written test: from 10:00 to 12:00, venue: Veneto Region OCRAD office in Venice, Campo S. Giacomo dall'Orio, Santa Croce 1507 (see the map)
  • oral exam: from 14:00 to 19:00, venue: Veneto Region headquarters in Venice, Cannaregio 23, next to S. Lucia Train Station (see the map)

During the written test, a PC with Microsoft office suite will be available to each applicant. The names of the applicants admitted to the proficiency testing will be published on the website of the Programme within February, 25th.

By Decree No. 2 dated 19th February 2016, the Managing Authority has established the composition of the Selection Committee.

INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Managing Authority of the Italy-Croatia Cross Border Cooperation Programme invites service providers to submit their Expression of Interest for the tender related to the organization and management of the Monitoring Committee meetings that will be held mainly in the Programme area.

The Expression of Interest must be submitted via PEC – Certified Electronic Email starting from today the 18th May and at latest within the 29th May 2017 (at 12:00h CEST).

In order to participate to this procedure it is mandatory that the service providers are already registered and accredited to the MEPA system under category “Events 2010 – Services for events and communication”.

The maximum amount available is 168 thousand euros (VAT excluded) and it will be covered by the Technical Assistance of the Programme.

Tenderers can be private enterprises or economic operators with relevant skills concerning the organization of events and with at least three years of relevant work experience in the organization of meetings / events in Italy and in other European cities, that will be clearly resulting from a description enclosed within the Expression of Interest.
