The AIR - Annual Implementation Report - is the annual document that has to be send to the European Commission by the Managing Authority of the Interreg Programmes, through SFC system by 31 May or 30 June of each year. The European Commission shall examine the report, inform the Managing Authority of its observations and moves to the final step of approval. The AIR contains details of the progress that has occurred in the year to which the report relates, as well key information on the implementation of the Programme and its priorities, on the reference to its financial data and to common and specific indicators together with quantified target values, on evaluations that have become available during the previous financial year and on the milestone defined in the performance framework (for the years 2017, 2019 and final report).
