07 - ELIGIBILITY OF IMPLEMENTATION COSTS
Pending final approval of strategic project proposals eligible for funding, are implementation costs incurred before approval eligible for reimbursement?

Implementation costs are eligible as from the date indicated in the AF as project starting date (and after the AF submission), even if the Subsidy contract is signed at a later date, in FS6 and under condition the project will be funded.
