Digital communication activities differ from the digital campaigns, although both are connected with web-based tools. The digital campaigns are the set of integrated diversified activities that aim to promote something like for example an event/cycle of events/trainings a product/service or deliverable) while the digital communication activities are here intended as general activities that are the basis for the the management and feeding with content the digital channels such as for example constant production of infographics, videos, interviews (i.e.digital for podcast), webdocs, interactive digital reports or interactive data vizualizations (dashboards). Digital communication activities will support translating the technical and/or scientific content into messages easily understandable by all types of stakeholders.
