09 - ASSIMILATED PARTNER AS LP

Can an Assimilated partner as foreseen by the INTERREG V A Italy-Croatia Programme also apply as Lead Applicant?

answer

The attribution of the status of Assimilated partner, in accordance to the provisions foreseen within the Programme documents, gives to the subject equal rights and obligations to partners located within the Programme area. Therefore no objections may exist to have an Assimilated partner as Lead Applicant.
