07 - “STANDARD+” PARTNERSHIP

Can a “Standard+” project have a Lead Partner which was not part of the original / capitalized 2007-2013 funded project?

answer

There is the general requirement that the standard+ project has to have minimum 3 partners among which at least 1 IT and 1 HR that were partners of 2007-2013 funded project; there is no specific requirement that the Lead partner of a “Standard+” project had to be part of the 2007-2013 funded project.
