question

31 - WEBSITE OF THE PROJECT

Should the Programme provide resources for the website of the project and provide for the creation of their webpage?

answer

The website sections of each project will be provided by the Programme and as stated in the Factsheet n.8, therefore projects should not foresee any budget for building up their own website. The website of the Programme will host projects' website sections and will act as information hub, as a multisite where all the projects will have their own dedicated space. The Programme will put on disposal of the projects this web section that will have all the characteristics of a website, carrying out all relevant project information, news, events, calendar, social media references, space for newsletters sending and updating the final project outputs in a dedicated library.

For this reason, and as stated in FS8, the budget for developing those elements of communication can be avoided in the Application Form and project overall budget. However, for the WP2 and along other communication activities and related expenditures, the project partners have to foresee budget for project web-section regular updates with their internal/external human resources.

Concerning other tools needed by the project to reach its target groups, each project should clearly identify the most suitable ones, define them and describe in the Communication approach/strategy, thus considering also an effective budget allocation. Specific branding and tools can be however foreseenand its purposes should be well motivated in the Application Form. More detailed info are available on the related Factsheet n.8.
