30 - CO-FINANCING SOURCE
Regarding the co-financing, what happens if public co-financing from a third public organisation is secured (i.e. stated with a legal act) only after the submission of the project proposal including annexes stating sources of co-financing? Is it possible for a project partner to change the source of co-financing e.g. from "own public funds" to "other public funds", after the submission/approval of the proposal, and if yes, what is the correct procedure - besides of course informing the JS as soon as the co-financing is secured?
answer
We confirm that co-financing source can be updated after the submission/approval of the proposal and even during project implementation. At the project submission stage it is important that only secured sources (not the potential ones) are included in the declarations.
