23 - RULES FOR DRAFTING THE ANNEXES

What are the formalities for collecting the required attachments to the AF (LP and PP declaration, declaration on Power of signature or delegation) as foreseen by the Call for Proposal?

According to Factsheet n. 4 “Project Application” as far as the signature and submission of the project proposal is concerned and to FAQ n. 18 about how the Power of Signature or delegation declaration shall be filled in, the following provisions must be respected

STAMP: No stamp obligation is foreseen in order to finalise the documents to be signed;

ID DOCUMENT: In case of users without digital signature, the handwritten signed documents must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document (e.g. ID Card, passport)of the signatory;

POWER OF SIGNATURE: The declaration on Power of signature or delegation attesting that the legal representative or delegated person holds the power to sign the AF and required attached documents on behalf of the organisation applying is compulsory also in case the legal representative of the applicant has not delegated anybody and retains the power of signature. See FAQ n. 18 for more information.

PROGRAMME TEMPLATES: All templates shall be filled in and signed using the template provided by the Programme without any modification, with the exception of the declaration on Power of signature or delegation which shall bear the Letterhead of the LP/PP and can be adapted to each LP /PP specificities.

DELEGATION ACT: The legal document attesting the delegation (delegation act or other proof of power of signature) is compulsory in case of delegation; if it is too heavy to be uploaded in the SIU a relevant abstract will be accepted;

ENGLISH LANGUAGE: The AF and required attachments shall be filled in in English; the legal document attesting the delegation is the only document which does not have to be translated in English and can be submitted in original language.​​​​​
