13 – Proposal submission: Annexes and AF

   Section M description in FS4 is about signing and uploading annexes before submission, but it lists the “Application Form without signature” as a document to be attached. The question is: should we sign or not the AF in pdf to be attached for submission of proposal?

In case of availability of a digital signature, the applicant must digitally sign the Application form. If a digital signature is NOT available, you must proceed with the handwritten signature of the Application Form Abstract. Please read the FS4 carefully at page 5, paragraph "E. SUBMISSION PROCEDURE" to make sure that the proper documentation is uploaded in both (availability / non-availability of digital signature) cases.
