12 – FS4 and budget tool

   FS4 suggests using the “budget tool” available on the Programme’s website to design a sound budget, nevertheless there is no such tool in the section Cluster Call for Proposals / Tools and utilities. The question is: should we use for the same scope the budget tool of the previous Strategic Call for proposals, or should we wait for the current call section update?

No specific budget tool for the Cluster Call is envisaged in the Application Package. The budget tool of the Strategic Call can be used only for budget option A. Budget with real costs (FS3, page 22).
