Are associated partners/ observers foreseen? Are letters of support required among the annexes?

For the First Calls for Proposals associated partners/ observers are not foreseen: it is not possible to officially include these kinds of partners in the proposals. No letter of support are required neither it is possible to upload these kinds of documents in the “Annex” Section of the SIU system. Nevertheless, it is possible to make reference to the support from these types of organisations/institutions in the description of the activities in “Section I - Project Workplan” of the AF.
