All potential Lead Applicants are already registred in SIU with valid account. Can we use the same account (of an existing coordinated project) to open directly the new proposal or do we need a new registration?
Yes, if you already are a LP you can use the same SIU account. Otherwise, you must pass through a new registration via GUSI.
