06- PERSON IN CHARGE OF SIGNATURE

If the person in charge of signature does not correspond with the Legal representative, is it necessary that this is supported in SIU by any Power of signature declaration (both for Lead Applicant and Project Partner)?

At this stage it is not necessary to upload into SIU any documentation supporting the legitimisation of the person in charge of the signature, when it does not correspond to the legal representative. It is sufficient to fill in in SIU the sections D (Lead partner) and E (Project partner) of the application form (see page 8 and page 11 of the Application form off-line). The only mandatory annexes are those expressly referred to by Factsheet nr. 4 "The Project Application", paragraph D. “The Annexes to be submitted”.
