Can a private entity located outside the Programme area be considered an Assimilated or Associated Partner?
answer
No. Only public bodies or bodies governed by public law can, under certain conditions, be considered Assimilated partners.
Furthermore, private entities cannot be considered Associated partners, because they must fit within the same requirements as Assimilated partners.
