In the call Announcement, section E - Eligible partnership, page 5 it's written that "Moreover, the partnership involved shall bring the know-how and experience from at least 3 different projects belonging to the same IT-HR Cluster from the list below". Is it possible that this contribution can be provided by a single project partner who is a partner of three of the projects listed in the reference cluster?

Yes it is possible in principle, although not recommended because it will have impact on the quality assessment of the proposal. In case the PP brings know-how and experience from more than one project, please fill in the specific text box in SIU.
