07 - PROBLEMS WITH TOTAL SIZE OF ANNEXES

We have problems when uploading annexes, sometimes the System blocks us.

There is a total maximum size of annexes that can be uploaded in each Progress Report, that is 160MB. You can try to reduce the amount of storage used by doing two things:

• Compressing files before uploading them, using one of the many free software available ; some instructions are provided in the “Handbook – Practical advices how to compress annexes’ volume”.
• Uploading the staff costs proof of payment only once if it’s the same for all people involved, writing in the notes that as the document is the same you use it as a proof of payment of all staff costs of the month of (e.g.) September (this is just an example, but it should work because usually salary payments are made each month).
