Can we remove the withdrawing partners from the project (promotional) materials and digital tools?

You may remove the project partner reference from the promotional materials, project publications and digital tools only if the project partner has not certified any expenditure on the project and consequently received the ERDF funds (+national co-financement in case of the Italian public bodies).

This rule applies and enters into force following the formalization of the major change proposal and starting from the date of the approval of the MC.

If the partner has certified any of the project expenditures, the partners reference should never be removed, instead the new replacing partners can only be added.

All these above mentioned issues apply in case the withdrawing partner is substitute with another new partner replacing it, and in case the withdrawing partner is not replaced but other partner(s) are taking over the activities and budget.
