37 - SELECTION FLC / BUDGET CHANGE

Due to some administrative reasons one of our Public PPs is not sure to be able to select its FLC by the end of the 1rst reporting period. How to deal with this particular case?
We need to move some budget from WPs within the same bl or from one BL to another?

answer

  1. Ask the PP to provide a written info on the situation and to update you as LP in any case by the end of August 2019. The LP can exclude the PP from the 1st Report.
  2. Yes you are allowed to implement some budget modification during the project implementation (minor or major depending on the amount of them). Please see FS6 at pp. 102 - 116 for further information.
