Is it admissible a shift of money for a budget line across periods for a single partner?
Depending on the entity of the change ( +> 20% or + < 20%, “flexibility rule”) you can ask for a MINOR CHANGE or a MAJOR CHANGE. No budget changes are allowed among periods, unless the changes are referring to a Major change.
