11 - WEATHER STATIONS’ SENSORS TO BE PURCHASED
Some weather station already owned by the beneficiary need some new sensors in order to develop some project activities foreseen into the AF. These sensors will be able to work even after the end of the project.
Can these sensors be reported under the Equipment BL? If yes we have to consider them as which type of equipment, thematic one?

Yes, Thematic equipment is directly linked to (or forming part of) the project outputs, which will be used by beneficiaries and target groups in line with project objectives. Equipment is here considered as thematic and functional to the implementation of project activities. It can be a tool or a device that remains in use after the completion of the project. If the sensors are new, they will then be eligible full cost.
