In Cervia, form 19th to 21st of may, there will be celebrated the 579th edition of "The Marriage of the Sea", a famous historical re-enactment that has its roots in very ancient times.

During the festival, the Archibishop throws a ring into the waters, a symbol of the marriage between land and sea, and young people from Cervia are called to retrieve it for luck and prosperity.

3 days full of events dedicated to culture, tradition, biodiversity and sustainability, with the support of Adripromtour partner, Municipality of Cervia, that will also organize a study visit for the specialized press and will foster the knowledge of socio-economic benefits of European projects and territorial cooperation.
