On , the "A new technology era in the Adriatic Sea - Big data sharing and analytics for a circular sea economy" will take place in Ravenna (Italy), at a hall of the - Palazzo Rasponi Dalle Teste, Via Luca Longhi n. 9, Ravenna (Italy), from 2:15 to 6:00 PM.
TECHERA project is co-funded by the Interreg Italy-Croatia Cooperation Program 2014-2020 under Cluster 1 "Connectivity from the sea: data driven solution in the sea economy" and is the result of the capitalization of 6 projects ADRIREEF, FAIRSEA, ITACA, SUSHIDROP, PRIZEFISH and BLUE KEP that have tested innovative practices and approaches.
The project's objectives are:
- Develop a cross-sector cluster for data sharing, capitalizing on the approach, models and results of the FAIRSEA, SUSHIDROP and ADRIREEF projects
- Contribute to smart specialization and the adoption of advanced technologies to increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the fisheries sector, capitalizing on the apps developed under the ITACA and PRIZEFISH projects as well as the ecological indicators for the purpose of seafood certification developed by the latter
- Promoting innovative career paths in the blue economy, capitalizing on the mobility programs and education system developed by the BLUE KEP project and the FAIRSEA project approach
