On 24th and 25th October 2022, Interreg Italy-Croatia Programme organized its annual event, "Our Shared Blue Basin", focused on the achievements of 2014-2020 Programme implementation and on the presentation of the new opportunities, topics, novelties and key aspects of the first call of 2021-2027 Programme.

The TECHERA project partners, during the second day of the Interreg Italy-Croatia Annual Event, hold a thematic workshop on "How to preserve the Adriatic Sea ecosystem and allow a sustainable exploitation of its resources".

The first part of the workshop presented the main results of the previous projects that Techera and Resistance is intending to capitalize on, as well as the background, specific objectives, main activities and expected results of the Techera and Resistance projects.

The second part of the workshop, instead, gave an overview on "The approaches investigated by Techera and Resistance: 1. Novel tools for increasing awareness, 2. Technological and data-driven innovations, 3. Science-stakeholders-policy makers, the triple helix, 4. Socio-economics sustainability patterns."

This workshop was followed by a roundtable discussion entitled "What's next? Exploring new project ideas".
