The main topic of the conference was the common work within Italian and Croatian Interreg Areas that is supporting municipalities and regions to identify adaptation strategies and measures to tackle climate change in several target areas located on both sides of Adriatic Sea. Project partners presented their outputs from project implementation that are including Risk and Vulnerability Assessments for eat area, Preliminary Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA), their planned adaptation actions and platform that will help with further development and planning of adaptation actions.
