On February 2nd, 2021, the 5th Territorial Lab was organized by Comunità Riviera Bassa Friulana to elaborate on the topics emerged in the previous participatory meetings.

The Declaration of Intent is being shared among the stakeholders in order to sign soon the Wet Area Contract for the "Marano Lagoon System". During the event, the Draft of the Action Plan has been shared among the participants. This document has been elaborated on the basis of the results of the participatory process to plan the actions that will be implemented through the Wet Area Contract.

The next step will be to share the proposals set out in the Action Plan to reach the agreement on the Wet Area Contract by the end of the project.

The proposals for the Action Plan have been drafted within the following thematic areas:

1. Governance and climate change

2. Tourism and traditions

3. Fishing, health, biodiversity

4. Promotion and enhancement of the area

5. Training, environmental education, active citizenship
