On June 8, to celebrate the #WorldOceansDay, there will be a special appointment online for teachers and pupils of the elementary schools, thanks to the researchers and professionals that have held online the Adswim training module for teachers from January till April, 2021.
This webinar is the final event of the training module, developed through 8 online lessons and workshops thanks to all Adswim partners that were involved with the module. During the event the teachers, who participated to the training programme, will have the possibility to present they lab work realised in classes with pupils during the period from April till June. Most of them are in fact creating an infographic, a didactic tool that can be easily used in class and that is suitable for visual learning.
In fact, the eight webinar of the module was focused on digital tools and didactics with a short course on visual learning with a didactic laboratory that was concentrated on how to design an infographic with the class thanks to Patricia Bozzetti Muzlovic and Marco Binelli from the agency LETTERA B who are supporting the Municipality of Udine and the partners with all communication activities. The project decided also to use a video infographic to present the project objectives and activities. At the end of the project a second infographic will be realised in order to present project results.
The training module is coordinated by the University of Udine and by the Municipality of Udine and it has obtained the MIUR certification. The educational and training webinars are held in Italian and are free for all participants. The module has been offered also to bilingual schools in Croatia, thanks to the support of the Italian Union.
The didactic module also includes an educational programme with labs and guided visits to the depuration plant for pupils, organized in different territorial areas (Udine, Fano, Pescara, Pula, Split) which are taking place remotely and in person, depending on the situation and COVID19 emergency during the year.
