The workshop gathered several experts from utility companies and numerous other experts in the field of water utilities.

The main goal of the workshop was to present the project and its main goals, together with the innovative technologies for wastewater treatment and purification - aerobic granular biomass, photo-disinfection. There was the possibility to follow the presentation also on line in blended edition. 

Public Institution for Public Utilities Izvor Ploče Ltd. is a water supply company operating in the area of ​the City of Ploče and Municipality of Gradac. Izvor Ploče Ltd. as PP8 is involved in the implementation of Project activities related to conceptual innovative technical solutions for quality monitoring, treatment, and management of urban sewage system and wastewater treatment plants, as well as in continuous Project management, communication and dissemination activities.

At the very end of the workshop, a joint discussion followed in which the participants exchanged knowledge and experiences, and expressed significant interest in researching the presented innovative technologies and the possibilities of their application.
