FORM A - Project Partner Declaration Form needs to be filled by all project partners. This is an editable pdf file.

FORM B - Associated Partner Declaration Form needs to be filled only by the associated partner organization (for the projects that foresee this type of participation)

Point of attention:

Starting from the version 1, the non-editable space has been adjusted and on the comma 18) the additional space for the WP6 description has been created (according to the potential beneficiaries' suggestions)

The partners that have already downloaded, filled out and signed by their legal representative the previous version of the Partner declaration document (Version n. 1 of 17th September 2019 and version 2 of 21th October 2019) do not need to resign and re-stamp the partner declaration again.

In case your project foresees the associated partners, with this new version of the declaration you have a clear distinction among documents: Form A is for PP and Form B is for AP (according to potential beneficiaries suggestions and requests during the Infodays held in Venice and in Split).
