This manual contains key technical information on the operation and use of the management and monitoring system (SIU) during the implementation phase of the project, aiming to support the users during the annex upload process in the Progress Report.
This manual doesn't substitute the information provided in Factsheet nr. 6-7-8, but represents additional guide to annex upload in the SIU, both of LPs and of PPs during the Progress Report process.
